Their bodies were conjoined. Flesh was the same.
As she layed on top of him she could feel his heart beating in unison with hers & it seemed to beat right through her.She laid with her eyes closed & listened to the rhythm that formed a song.It played in her head & she just let out a soft sigh.
In her mind she hummed the song. The song that was created from their beating hearts. She wanted to move. Moving would only be seperating her from a part of herself. So she stayed.
Smiling,sighing,sliently humming.
He touched her arm & she shuddered a bit.
She lifted her head,smiled then kissed his cheek.
He just wrapped his arms around her & held her tighter.
She continued to listen to the music. Their song.She sighed again & took a deep breath. Finally she thought to herself.
